Thank you for your letter. I was glad to hear from you. I’m sorry I haven’t written so long, but I was preparing for exams.
Frankly speaking I don’t do anything special to stay healthy. I just try to eat plain food and to have an early night, but it happens seldom. I think running in the morning and going to the fitness club make peaople healthy and strong. Healthy life style is very important especially when our life is full of stress and risk. You really feel freedom and happiness if you are healthy.
By the way, where are you going to spend your holiday? When will you go to the seaside? Why don’t you want to spend a month in the mountains?
